Santgreen is a technology platform that uses automated algorithms to perform arbitrage operations across more than 5,000 platforms worldwide. Our technology identifies and executes opportunities automatically, generating results for our users.

To use the platform, you need to create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and access credentials. We recommend using strong passwords and two-factor authentication when available.

Requirements: you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.

Santgreen offers return plans with the following conditions:

• 10% daily return on simple interest basis on the invested capital.

• 20 business day cycle (Monday to Friday).

• First withdrawal available after the 10th business day, for the first 10 days accumulated.

• Second withdrawal available after the 20th business day, for the last 10 days accumulated.

• At the end of the 20-day cycle, the plan is automatically closed.

• Total return is 200% of the invested amount (you receive double).

Results are generated by automated arbitrage operations performed by our technology. The values and deadlines described above represent the standard conditions of the current plan, which may be updated with prior notice.

Santgreen has a referral program with commissions on 5 levels:

• Level 1 — Direct Referral: 12%

• Level 2: 5%

• Level 3: 3%

• Level 4: 2%

• Level 5: 1%

Commissions are calculated on the amount invested by the referred person and credited to your account. The referral program may be adjusted or discontinued with prior notice to users.

Withdrawals follow the schedule of the contracted plan (days 10 and 20 of the cycle). Amounts are processed within 48 business hours after the request. Santgreen may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, as required by security and compliance standards.

By using Santgreen, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep your data up to date.

• Not share your access credentials with third parties.

• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Respect the terms of the referral program, without using spam or abusive practices.

• Stay informed about updates to these terms.

Santgreen is committed to:

• Operating the platform with transparency and security.

• Maintaining the system available with the least possible downtime.

• Processing withdrawals within established deadlines.

• Protecting your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

• Communicating any relevant changes to the terms or platform operation in advance.

Santgreen's technology is based on mathematical arbitrage, and our algorithms already account for all risk scenarios in operations — including the possibility of simultaneous operation cancellations by platforms.

The results offered by the platform already factor in these calculated risks. Even in the worst operational scenario, Santgreen maintains an average operational margin, which allows us to deliver daily results to users with a safety margin.

All risk management is handled automatically by the platform, using diversification across 5,000+ platforms, millisecond execution, and 24/7 continuous monitoring.

We take your privacy seriously. We only collect data necessary for the platform's operation and do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law. For more details, see our Privacy Policy available on the platform.

Santgreen may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, legitimate funds in the account will be returned according to individual analysis.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support. Active plans will be finalized according to the current schedule.

We may update these terms periodically. When this happens, you will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Santgreen platform is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Vietnamese, Bangla, and Polish. In case of divergence between translated versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
